A. EzDineIn is an online food ordering service provided to diners on the go.

Q. What are EzDineIn’s business hours?
A. Our operation hours are:
Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 9:00PM 
Saturday and Sunday 4:30PM - 9:00PM

Food Specific Questions

Q. Can I customize my order?
A. Our unique online customization system allows for complete control over your order. Feel free to ask for your favorite ingredient to be added to your order by filling in the customize section when checking out (additional charges may apply).

Q. Do you cater during weekends?
A. Absolutely. We cater during weekends for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. We need 24 hour notice and minimum order of $100.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Most orders can be cancelled. However, if the restaurant states its too late to cancel since they have already prepared your food, then it would be too late to cancel your order.

Ordering Questions

Q. Are there time restrictions on when I can place my order?
A. With our convenient online system, you can place an order online any time of the day or night. But we deliver only during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 9:30PM and Saturday and Sunday 4:30PM - 9:30PM

Q. Can I make future/advance orders?
A. We accept orders for future dates! Please select the delivery date and time when you need the order by.

Q. Can I fax my order?
A. Yes, we accept orders faxed to us at (510) 644-3334. Please include the Restaurant Name, Food Item(s), and Quantity. If you do not hear from us in 10 mins, please call us at (510) 644-3331

Q. Do you accept phone orders?
A. Yes, we accept phone orders. Please call us at (510) 644-3331 and our friendly staff will assist you in placing your order.

Q. How can I know whether you received my faxed order or online order?
A. If you used your email as login to place your order, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email in 10 minutes, please call us at (510) 644-3331.

Q. How much will I be charged for Delivery?
A. Our delivery charges are $8.50 with a minimum purchase depending on the restaurant.

Q. How long will it take for my food order to be delivered?
A. The usual expected time for delivery of an order is an hour after confirmation of order. However, due to unforeseen traffic circumstances, it may take longer.

Q. What forms of payment does EzDineIn accept?
A. We gladly accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards. Cash payments will also be accepted in person at the time of delivery.

Q. I live out of state and have relatives in your service area. Can I order for them from out of state?
A. We have several customers who do order for various occasions such as wedding anniversaries, mother’s day, birthdays, etc. where they live out of state and order for their relatives who live in our service area. Since we accept most major credit cards, this is not a problem. Rather, it is an opportunity for us to be able to offer our service to more people.

Q. Can I order from more than one restaurant?
A. Absolutely. We have several instances of office parties or office lunches where people have preferences for various cuisines. So, the event planner places an order with us for food from more than one restaurant and we do deliver from all of them. Our delivery charges of $8.50 per restaurant makes this very affordable.
